Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using Pull Box (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using Pull Box, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction
• You will not use the Platform if such use is prohibited in your jurisdiction
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where we believe user conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. You may not share your account with any third party or allow any third party to access your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, or if you violate these Terms.

Pull Box operates on a credit-based system. Credits ("Cr") are the virtual currency used to purchase boxes and play games on the Platform.

4.1 Credit Purchases

• Credits can be purchased through the available payment methods on your account page
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency except through our withdrawal process (see Section 7)
• Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated, but we reserve the right to implement expiration policies with reasonable notice
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any credit purchase at our sole discretion

4.2 Bonus Credits

Bonus credits may be awarded through promotions, rank rewards, or other programs. Bonus credits are subject to separate terms and conditions and may have different withdrawal restrictions or expiration dates.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor. We are not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing.

Pull Box offers skill-based games where your performance directly impacts the rewards you receive. Our games include but are not limited to:

• Vertical Spinner: A spinning game where you wait for the spinner to stop on an item
• Horizontal Spinner: A horizontal spinning game with similar mechanics
• Reveal Cards: A card reveal game where items are revealed based on your selections
• Number Flash Memory Game: A memory-based skill game where your performance determines your reward tier

5.1 Game Rules and Fair Play

• All games are skill-based and require active participation
• You must follow the rules and instructions provided for each game
• Any attempt to cheat, exploit, or manipulate the games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination
• We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action
• Game results are final once confirmed. No disputes will be entertained after results are displayed

5.2 Free Spins and Tokens

Free spins or tokens may be awarded through promotions, rank rewards, or other programs. Free spins can only be used on designated boxes and are subject to expiration dates and other restrictions as specified.

5.3 Game Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game or box at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such modifications or discontinuations.

6.1 Boxes

Boxes contain various products including but not limited to: sealed products, single cards, graded slabs, booster packs, and credit rewards. Each box has a specific cost per pull displayed on the box page.

• Box contents and odds are displayed on each box page and are accurate as of the last update
• We reserve the right to modify box contents, odds, or pricing at any time
• Some boxes may have variable odds where items are removed when won, causing odds to recalculate
• Boxes may be marked as "free wheel" boxes where free spin tokens can be used

6.2 Product Types

• SEALED: Sealed products such as booster boxes, cases, and sealed collections
• SINGLES: Individual cards or items
• SLABS: Graded/slabbed items (PSA, BGS, etc.)
• PACKS: Booster packs and similar pack products
• CREDITS: Credit rewards added directly to your account
• MISS: No prize awarded for this play

6.3 Prize Claims and Inventory

• All prizes won are automatically added to your inventory upon confirmation
• You may choose to keep items in your inventory or exchange them for credits (if available)
• Items in your inventory remain your property until shipped, exchanged, or otherwise disposed of
• We reserve the right to verify the authenticity and condition of all products before shipping
• Product values displayed are estimates and may not reflect actual market value

6.4 Product Authenticity and Condition

We take reasonable steps to ensure product authenticity and condition. However, we make no warranties regarding the condition of products beyond what is explicitly stated. Graded items will be shipped in their graded holders as received from grading companies.

7.1 Shipping Requests

• You may request shipping for items in your inventory at any time
• Shipping requests must include a valid shipping address
• You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date
• We reserve the right to verify shipping addresses before processing shipments

7.2 Shipping Process

• Shipping requests are subject to admin review and approval
• We will process approved shipments within a reasonable timeframe
• Tracking numbers will be provided once items are shipped
• Shipping costs, if any, will be communicated before processing
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

7.3 Shipping Risks

Once items are shipped, risk of loss and title pass to you. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. If you receive damaged items, please contact support immediately with photos and documentation.

7.4 Storage

Items can be stored in your inventory indefinitely. There is no requirement to ship items immediately after winning them.

Credits earned on the platform can be used to purchase Pokémon and other TCG collectibles, including:

• Slabs: Graded and authenticated collectible items
• Sealed Products: Unopened boxes, cases, and sealed collectibles
• Singles: Individual cards and collectible items

Credits can be earned through gameplay, achievements, rewards, and other platform activities. All credits in your account are available for use in purchasing collectibles from your inventory or through the platform's marketplace.

Items purchased with credits will be added to your inventory and can be shipped to your address. Shipping terms and conditions apply as specified in the Shipping section of these Terms.

9.1 XP and Leveling System

Pull Box features an XP (experience points) and leveling system that rewards active participation:

• XP is earned through various activities such as playing games, making purchases, and other platform interactions
• Levels are determined by cumulative XP and unlock various benefits and rewards
• XP calculations and level requirements may be adjusted at our discretion

9.2 Ranks and Rank Rewards

Ranks are unlocked at specific levels and provide various rewards including:

• Free credits
• Free spin/game tokens
• Cashback percentages
• Referral bonuses
• Deposit insurance

Rank rewards are granted once per rank and are subject to the specific terms of each reward.

9.3 Achievements

Achievements can be unlocked through various gameplay milestones and may provide credit or token rewards. Achievement progress and requirements may be modified at our discretion.

9.4 Reward Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward program, achievement, or XP system at any time. We will provide reasonable notice when possible, but are not obligated to do so.

Pull Box may offer a referral program where you can earn rewards for referring new users:

• Each user receives a unique referral code upon account creation
• Referral rewards are subject to the specific terms of the referral program at the time of referral
• Referrals must be legitimate and not obtained through fraudulent means
• We reserve the right to void referral rewards if we suspect fraudulent activity
• Referral programs may be modified or discontinued at any time
• Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral system is strictly prohibited

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• Submit false or misleading information or impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Collect or track the personal information of others without their consent
• Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, computer systems, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Platform
• Cheat, exploit, manipulate, or attempt to manipulate any game or system
• Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions, referrals, or other features
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another party

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of credits and prizes, and legal action where appropriate.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pull Box and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.

Product images, descriptions, and other content related to collectibles are provided for informational purposes. We do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property related to collectible products (e.g., Pokémon, trading card game brands).

13.1 No Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or results of the use of the Platform in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

13.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Pull Box, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

13.3 Skill-Based Gaming Disclaimer

While our games are skill-based, outcomes may still involve an element of chance. Your performance in skill-based games directly impacts your rewards, but we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or prizes.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pull Box, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Platform's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Upon account termination, any unused credits may be forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law. Items in your inventory may be shipped to your registered address or forfeited, at our discretion, if you do not respond to our communications within a reasonable timeframe.

If you have any concerns or disputes about the Platform, please contact our support team first. We will work in good faith to resolve any disputes.

For any disputes that cannot be resolved through support, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration organization.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pull Box operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We aim to respond to all support inquiries within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 48-72 hours during business days.

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Pull Box concerning the Platform.

19.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

19.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction.

19.4 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

19.5 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Platform.
